Splinter is a dutch rockgroup, characterized by their enthousiastic performance, both on and off stage.
Although still unknown to the great outer world, their CD's have been reviewed as "a small sensation", showing "tight musicianship" and "highly energetic", and the audience is enthousiastic everywhere!

Comparing 'the sound' Splinter is hard, because already they have developed a sound of their own, but names as Spock's Beard, Focus, Yes and Dreamtheater come to mind...
(Not with me of course, I know shit about music ;) )
Just be sure to be on the lookout for their next album, rumour is it's coming February 2007!
